Is there any way back into the dark Brotherhood if you get kicked out; i slaughtered their little zombie pet thing and was kicked out but i want back so if anyone has any ways to get back in, please tell me

One thing to do is just not kill anyone in the Dark Brotherhood. Also, when you are the Listener, can you get kicked out if you kill someone?

I am the listner in dark brotherhood and i accidently killed one of the murders and i didnt get kicked out so i guess u cant get kicked out when your listner
