Hey thanks juli I have told scorpion to stop it because he has done it in a few other topics and its getting on my nerves because he shouldn't be doing it. I even let him use mine to try and stop him doing it in other topics but theres just no telling some people.

You can't really teach someone how to rate but if you know alot about pokemon just say which pokemon you like from there team.

Yeah do you have any pokemon games ? or NetBattle ? The best thing to do is find out what attacks are best for which pokemon and which pokemon work best together in a team.
