Bad Eggs screw up your game, keep them in your box forever. These things happen with bad codes.

Bad Eggs are to be left alone. If you got one it was because you used a GS/AR code and it went the wrong way. As ED_ said, leave them alone in your PC.

probably a glitch that happened in your game. just leave it alone. strand it in a box you don't go to and try to forget it's there.

I think bad eggs only form when you leave a regular egg in the pc for more than 2 weeks. I had one of those before, it was the result of a unsuccessful AR code. But it had Pokerus, so it was kinda good in a way....
Oh, and maybe it is a glitch.. Oh yeah, if you look on the user submitted cheats section for Pokemon Emerald it has a 'Bad Egg Removal Cheat'. Might want to look at that.
