That's a good point, I never thought of it like that. Perhaps it's the Chinese and Indians who say that English is very hard to learn whilst the Europeans don't struggle too much as lots of the words are similar.

i heard some of the problems are due to our plurals. like the plural for mouse would be mice, but you wouldnt say the plural for house would be hice. lol

OK, here is how it works...
1) Every computer has a unique IP address
2) By determining who owns that IP address (eg your Internet Service Provider) we know what country you live ... Or City.
3) Adverts can then be served according to where you live.
