1.Spam fest was closed because the idea behind it backfired.Rich opened it to stop spam on general chat.He thought it would d-i-e down but it just got more active.So he had no choice but to close it to save supercheats from looking like spma heaven.
2.It will not be coming back,no matter how much you want it to.
