Solve the Riddle / Crack the code!

Ok here are some new ones:


Riddle no. 1
[center][b][i]A bus attempted to drive under a low bridge but got stuck underneath it. People tried to help the driver push the vehicle, but they couldn't free it. How did they eventually free the bus without damaging the bridge?[/center][/b][/i]


Riddle no. 2
[center][color=red][b][i]Carl's dad gave him a 28-day watch for his birthday. How long will it go without winding?[/color][/i][/b][/center]


Riddle no. 3
[center][b][i]The rungs of a ladder on a side of a ship are 1 foot apart and 8 rungs are showing. The tide raises level by 4 feet. How many of the rungs wil be covered by water?[/center][/i][/b]


I hope you all enjoy solving those riddles and I'll post the answers to them in 48hr from this post.

1) They let just enough air out of the tires to drive it under.

2) I don't relaly get the question. One day withot winding I guess.

3. There were 2 fathers and 2 sons that went fishing. They Each caught a single fish and took it home, although they only caught 3 fish, how is this possible?

here is a riddle from me.
1. A boy was 10 in the year 1975 but he was 5 in the year 1980. This is the exact same boy. How is this possible?

No.1

They let the air out of the tyres then they pushed it through. (Well done John Krill! :thumbsup

No.2

The watch won't go without winding at all. (nobody got this one...)

No.3

There were 8 rungs showing because the boat rose with the tide raising the lader with it. (Another point to John Krill :smile

1: just lift the bridge

Here's an easy riddle...

There is a man that weighs 200 lbs. and 2 boys that weigh 100 lbs each. and they need to get across a river. The only way they can cross is by a boat that can only carry 200 lbs. How can they get to the other side of the river?

I'll say that the first one is the planet Earth.

And the second one is water.

Two boys go by boat to other side. One boy then goes back, and the man gets on the boat after the boy gets off. The one boy picks up the other boy and they both travel to the other side, where the man is waiting.

What you just said is confusing me.

Husky boy: The answer is because there is a grandfather (father #1), a dad (Dad #2, Son #1), and a boy (Son #2)
