To recruit Moltres you must dont have more then 1 or 2 pokemons when u arrive at him.Or u can get friend bow so you will get more % to recruit him.Or u can save game in the floor before the peak, so can u load game and try again if he dosent join your team

erm..lemmi help..to get the lati(s) you must buy the friend area Southen plains or sumth.then complete the pitfall valley mission,Lati(s) will join your team!as for moltres,i think his recruitment rate is rather low so i suggest bringing a level 60+ pokemon(as team leader) and holding the friend bow!
