ok this has really been pissing me off also I cant find shiny codes anywhere and if i do ther either fake or take a million steps. anyways
the easiest shiny code i found was for ruby it involves alot of steps but its worth it cause they will stay shiny FOREVER!!!

they're only shiny in appearance... nothing else rili changes... black rayquaza maybe cool but that you can get it yourself (... hard, but possible) by soft-reset, and the rest are just fugly as shinies... why bother ruining your game for stupid shiny pokemon?!?!?!
