make one of them, and if it is taken, the original will come in and request it being closed. Then Make a different one with anothe idea. Repeat until yoy get a successful one.

how bout use a team name that is very popular....like an anime team name such as Naruto/Pokemon/DBZ etc....it doesn't have to be an uber pwnish name....a team will grow if you have dedicated members and if they like how your run things in your team...
