i would , (as if it would ever hapen) first move the 6 week inactivity to 3 weeks and make it mandidtory that every staf member say when thay were going on holidy (even for a fue days)
then get a list of the most untrustworthy mods(1/4) of the sites mods i think (and de mod them)
but since that will never happen , this is just my opinion , do not take it pesonaly
