2 questions yall. Ok well i'm trying to beat the champion of the Elite 4. I have taken down every last one of his pokemon, but when it comes to his last one ( milotic ) I cant beat him, what's his weakness? does anyone have any tips.

Second question, I have heard alot of Friend Codes, but I dont know what mine is, or how to find it.

i use roserade or torterra, grass is strong, not sure about electric

Electric works but the only poke'mon I have that have electric type moves are, Uxie, and LuxRay, level 50 and 53 but It never seems to do any critical damage.

shadow,he is in the E4,i doubt he has even got the national pokedex yet,and how can u transfer a shiny deoxys and he does not even noe his friend code yet.. -,-
