If I talk to the tv in the mansion at night, nothing happens . How do I get Rotom ?

you have to have the national dex first, and i think you had to beat elite four too.

Not sure. Just adjust the DS' internal clock to midnight. That should be late enough.

I think the game would be smart and make you wait another 24 Hours if you time jump.

i have rotom, i have national dex and beat elite four, i went to mansion at night, only a few minutes past 8. i will look it up on serebii.net and edit later.
p.s. someone look at my contest forum
edit: it says evening or night, and if i isn't there come back later. it will say something about a pokemon in the tv, something, and says yes or no, put yes. i think

It's got to be later than 8:00 at night before you catch Rotom.

Also, make sure you have a pokemon level 15-20. Or else it's back into the television for Rotom.

Yeah, but it's Lv. 15. An Ultraball or 2 should catch it straight away. If it works for a Lv. 22 Drifloon, then...

It took me about 3 Ultra-balls to catch. To me, it wasn't actually a challenge to catch Rotom, but Rotom sure is a stronge pokemon when it's at a high level. Mine's at like Lv. 60 and it kicks butt.
