the *Sky pillar is by Pacifidlog town you have to surf a bit east and surf more to the top of where the rocks are then there sould be a cave opening there and there is the Sky Pillar :P

The Rocks wwill have formed a pathg and you should find a weird looking building!

A fisher will also give directions in Pacificdlog town.
