You need the Mystic and Aurora Tickets from a Nintendo Event located OUTSIDE the game.

There's no sure-fire way to get there without cheating. Either you go to a Nintendo event or buy a GS/AR.

Yes, the Nintendo events that don't exist anymore. Just go down to your hardware store and buy your very own time machine and go back to 2005.
I'm just used to saying Nintendo events. I had to give out advice whenever I first joined the site, this was the first forum I posted in XD
But yeah. Action Replay is what I used before I gave it to my friend for his b-day. His GS glitched up. Action Replay FTW!
