Well, depending on what you did that was against the rules you'd either get a warning or if it were pretty bad...it would result in a ban of some sort from the site...so try not to break the rules : ]

ok, oh and try not to double post...thats against the rules 
You can get avatars from anywhere like tinypic.com or you can even request someone to make you a custom avy in our Graphics & Artwork: request forums, i believe the site also has some avys provided, you'll see the 'Avatar' option up near the top of your screen sort of near your 'No Avatar Selected' picture.
