I am on the quest for the proffesor and I got to the third lake, in snowpoint, but team galactic are there and say that they are there to make sure that the gym leader doesnt get pass them, what do i do now?

where is the gym leader? Im at the ski and mask lodge. If i could get directions or something.

Just head straight up from the snowy route near Mount Coronet. You'll get to Acuity Lakefront (Lake Acuity is being guarded by two Galactic grunts so you can't go in), and then you have to head right. You'll get to Snowpoint City, and that's where Candice is. She has Snover, Abomasnow, Sneasel and Medicham.
