Mesprit

Can you tell me how to catch Mesprit because it keeps moving around.

YOu chase it on foot.

Whenever you enter a new town or route the area where mesprit is will change so you can attempt to fly to different areas to see if you will be directly where mispirt is located. If you want to know where mespirt would be found around sinnoh at any time you can use your map poketech application to be able to know where this pokemon is located without searching for this pokemon by using the pokedex which had to be taken part in when searching for pokemon such as Entei in pokemon gold and silver.

A good spot is have your poketch on the tracking and go up and down through the routes above and below Solaceon Town he should appear after a bit in your route.

Okay, put the Marking Map up on your Poketch. You see it? It's that symbol thing that looks like a rabbit. Now go to Jublife City and keep switching from Jublife to one of the near routes until it arrives near you. Then save and enter the grass.

Don't Fly about, because it moves to a completely different place if you do that.

On-Topic - What everyone else said, once you weaken it, get something with a Sleep inducing move and throw Quick/Ultra Ballz at it.

I just weakened it into red and thew a Quickball when the next battle started.

or use a masterball

Don't, because Mesprit is easy to catch and it'll be a waste. Try to catch all your Pokemon without a Masterball, and if you get frustrated use the Masterball on Giratina or save it for Arceus if you're going to fight it at some point.

It's funny, yesterday I was walking around and I ran into Mesprit. I didn't have any pokemon that wouldn't kill it in one hit, so I chucked an Ultra ball at it when it had full health. To my surpirse...I caught it. That's how easy he is to catch, so don't use the master ball on him.

ya i suggest just going to Solecance town, and going between route 210 i think it is, and solecance town, just keep going up and down, eventually he come near you, just go weaken him, and make sure you save before you fight him>.< i just used a masterball, I DONT SUGGEST DOING THAT!! i suggest using masterball on Cresilla, very annoying to catch.. you could just try gettin like a level 50ish golbat, or crobat, and let it know meanlook, and just use that, it works simple, as long as its fast enuff, if you have some item that you can give it that makes it quicker, maybe you might want to do that, i gave golbat quick powder, gl!

I haven't used my Masterball yet and I've caught Cresselia and Mesprit. To be honest with you, I'd say that the running Pokemon were the easiest to catch.
