Getting PKMN to their fullest EV'S?

How exactly do I do this? I want some good pkmn, with strong EV's. I know how to EV train, but is there any good tips?

Can you tell me in particular what you want? Certain EV Training Hotspots?

A Gengar, Milotic, Raikou, Tyranitar, Kyogre, Latios.

Thats my team. Do you mind telling me what natures, and hotspots or pkmn for these to train against?

Milotic should have Bold nature and train in Def, Hp, Speed, Sp. Def, and Sp. Attk.

Around the middle it should tell you what the best and easiest Pokemon to use for EV training in specific stats.

Bad idea. Team Ratings Forum is for Team Ratings and it was fine as it was in the Emerald Forum.

Thats dumb. It can only be maxed out in two stats, and should only be trained in 3 maybe 4. Not 5. And Milotic needs a Modest nature.

Milotic wants a Bold nature with lots of HP, maxed out Defense, and some SAtk.

Edit: Something like 184 HP / 252 Def / 72 SAtk

@Teh Dockness, No...you max out it's HP, a lot in Def, decent amount in Sp. Def, some in Sp. Attk, and few in Speed. That's for a defensive Milotic, which you need more than an offensive Milotic. Bold raises defense, which you need.

@ShadowPhoenix, I like this moveset. It helps a lot in battling:

Hypnosis
Recover
Surf
Ice Beam

Using PP Ups in Ice Beam is recommended.

@factor, Yes I agree with you. But Milotic also needs Sp.Def because of the common Thunderbolt, or the Rain Dance-Thunder combination.

It doesn't need SDef. It already has amazing SDef. But I'm thinking more along the lines of Netbattle play, where Milotic is only switched in on things it resists. You wouldn't want to keep it in on something with Thunderbolt anyways.

Well, still. If it's your last Pokemon then yes. I like it with high Sp. Def and Def.

How do I get hyponosis for Milotic? And what is a good pokemon to use against Mewtwo? So far Im thinking Gengar.

You need a Male Poliwag that knows Hypnosis and breed it with a Female Feebas/Milotic. You can get a Poliwag from FireRed and LeafGreen.

Also, how do I teach my Gengar Shadow Ball?

You use a TM. And, Gengar probably doesn't want to know Shadow Ball because Gengar is a Sp. Attk user and in Emerald, Shadow Ball is physical.
