Umm, I'm having trouble with my silver rod. Every time I charge it up to the highest level, the exclamation mark on my character's head appear, and then disappear so quickly before I could have a chance to press B to reel it in. When I don't charge it up to the highest level, I could fish normally. Is anything wrong?

No, not really. The exclaimation mark only stays on your head for about half of a second and disappears. Nothing is wrong. Just need to practice with your timing and your good.

I'm pretty sure this is because of the upgrade, it makes it harder to fish.

Anyway in my game I upgraded all tools to Mysterille without upgrading to silver or so, and I don't have any problems.
Must be the silver upgrade only.
