On my Emerald game, my National dex turned back into a Hoen dex! Why, and How do I change it back???

Press Select when you're in the pokedex, then scroll down until you see an option that says "Mode" Change it to National and you're set.

On-Topic - And do so by pressing select in the pokedex main screen and look for the slot where it says Hoeen Dex, highlight it and switch it to National Dex.
