i need to beat the elite 4 but my pokemon are too weak except my level 76 venusaur! So, can I beat them with my level Venusaur???

Train up a flying type pokemon for Bruno, a Psychic tpye (probably Kadabra or Alakazam) for Agatha, and an Ice type for Lance.

Your Venusaur can handle Lorelei with good grass type attacks, and if he faints use a thunder or fighting type. The champion has a barrage of different types, so just throw in your absolute strongest pokemon, and buy TONS of full restores and revives.

Alright, I have a level 41 pidgeot, a level 50 zapdos and a level 45 graveler, but where do I train them, and where do I find kadabra???

You should train thein Victory road. It takes a while but it's worth it. Or you could run around using the VS Seeker. You can find Abra's north of Cerulean, but you'll have to catch it with one ball because they can teleport.
