hey im raising a garchomp and recently i saw a youtube video and garchomp had the moves ice fang fire fang and electric fang and i waswondering if the person in the battle got the moves on garchomp legitally or if he hacked them and if he got them legitally i would like to know how you get them can someone please help me

Nope, Garchomp can't normally learn Thunder or Ice Fang. It was hacked.

you can get em as egg moves
if you use the move relearner(cost 1 heart scale per move, pastoria city) with an arbok(egg type field/dragon, male), you can get him with ice, thunder, and fire fang then breed with a garchomp(egg type moster/dragon, female)

No. Garchomp does not have Thunder or Ice Fang as Egg Moves.

ohh sorry, i thought i remembered seeing those on his egg moves so i just looked to see if any of his egg type pokemon could learn those moves *embarrassed chuckle*
