I can't get one, my psoriasis(click link for info) will spread where my tattos are. Which would be sorta cool if I got the cursed seal(from Naruto, on Sasuke's neck) it would spread like the real cursed seal. But nevermind that. I would like to get a tatto. But sadly can't.
