The Holocost

Andrago looked at him with a serious look.
"Believe me" he said and paused for awhile, looking down at the floor.
"I know only to well" Andrago said as he charged into battle and began to slay countless numbers of Chaos Angels, but they just kept coming. Andrago then turns to Vash with a smile. "Looks like we will be here for awhile..."

*Vash see soldiers in trouble, and seein him helpless, decides to help.*

"Be right back" Vash yelled to Andrago

*Vash's sword unleashes a wake of fire and it makes a firewall around the soldiers*

Andrago looked at Vash with a smile and look of competition on his face.
"Watch this mate" he said as he raised Silbar and blasted a huge bunch of Chaos Angels.
"They will obey me now watch" said Andrago as he pointed the Chaos Angles to their comerads and they began to fight with them.
"Impressive?"he then said to Vash.

"Quite, now its my turn"

*Vash's sword now has lightning wrap around it, he raises it into the air, and a huge bolt of lightning falls from the sky, making a huge crater were the Angels once stood*

"How bout that" Vash said with a smile

Andrago looked at Vash with a smile and said:
"Time for a science experiment" he grabbed some water and poured it over the Chaos Angels and then heaved Sodium at them, causing them to explode due to the chemical reaction.
suddenly a hulking warrior comes forward, bearing the mark of the Chaos Angels.
"I'd be careful around him.... his name is Gilgamesh... he is one of Khan's top generals" Andrago said to Vash as Gilgamesh drew closer.
"He also happens to be my long time rival" he said with a grin.

*Vash seaths his sword*

"Well then, i dont want to interfere"

Andrago looks at him.
"If you don't want to interfere than kill some more Chaos Angels why I take care of him"
"Andrago!!.... ready to die?" Gilgamesh said with a supposed smile because you can't really tell behind the helmet.
"As I remeber the last time we fought I won and the time before that etc." Andrago said smiling.
Gilgamesh raises his spear and shouts angrily:"This time I'm gonna win you wimp!!!!"
Andrago looks at him and says"Try mr" and with that he raises his blade and prepares to battle.

*Vash turn around, sees alot of Angels, unseaths his sword, doses them with water, and then unleases an even bigger bolt of lightining than before*

"these thing are brain dead arent they?"

Andrago answers Vash without taking his eye of Gilgamesh as he begins to fight him.
"Nah.... they just mindlessly attck, it is their order" Andrago says as he begins to pour blow after blow into Gilgamesh and is about to deliver the final blow, when his attention is diverted to a scream. When he turns back, Gilgamesh is gone and so are the remaining Choas Angels.
"Damn!!!" he cries in frustration.
"Let's get some rest and head back to the city tommorow" he says to Vash.

* a few hours later*

"Simple stratagy, thats all it will take."

Andrago looks at him

"What is your plan then" he says while he drinks his drink at the local bar.

"they focus on close range attacks. what this village need to do, is dig a trench or build a wall. a trench would be better. after they make one all the away around this town, put there archers behind the wall or trench. they will kill as many angels as they can with there arrows. me and you will help, you will control them, and i will use my elements. if they cross the trench, me and you will head a full on assault with the town's swordsmen. simple enough?"

Andrago stops drinking and looks at him.
"That would have worked today" he said and paused to take a swig of his drink.
"But they do have long range men and the fact that the soilders here are mainly farmers mean that they will strike terror into them and this town is gone......" he said illustrating the battle with hand signals.
He then smiled and said: "but it doesn't matter you're plan is good"

*Vash smiles*

"Well, if they had an actual army... why isnt the military helping in this?"

Greg looks at him with a shock.
"We are the closest thing the world has to a military, we are defenders of freedom, of the Republic and they are under the direct influence of the Imperials.... a dictatorship" he said with disgust.

"Hmmmm, this makes things a little more difficult. the republic, i was hoping it would've ended. just be thankful the people here aren't hunters."

Andrago looks at Vash with a serious expression.
"The only reason we are fighting today is because the republic were only accepted when the Imperials took over... they had cast us out until then" he said

"You maybe, but i used to work for them. I used to be a shilock(hired gun really). they hired me multiplue times. then, when i refused to raid a defensless town, i think you would rather se it for yourself"

*Vash pulls a peice of paper out of his pocket. it reads:

BEWARE!!
Vash 'the stampede' Saverem is on the loose. there has been a $600,000 bounty placed on his head, dead or alive.
Crimes: killing innocent children and women malisously.*

"That is why i disappered for 14 years. i was hoping they would've disbanded by now."

Andrago looks at the paper and smiles at Vash.
"Fat chance!... at this rate they will never disband, now lets get an early night" he said getting up.
