im totally confused about them i only got 4 and im at the pharos place about to fight who i think is fam farm (or something like that) but if some 1 could plz put how and where to get all the espers plzz

You're going to fight both Hashmal and Famfrit (lol fam farm). Once you get them you'll have all the storyline espers. After that there are 8 non-story related espers that you can get around the world.

Adremallech is in the Zertinan Caverns, there's one in the Mosphoran highwaste, another one in the stilshrine of Miriam, one in the great crystal...I can't remember where they all are.
