Hello. I just started playing it not long ago. And now i'm stuck! Where do i find the note when someone (can't remember who) gave me a hint of "a feather in his hat"? i hope all of you can help. Thanks

"feather in his hat" is refering to Berkely Clodd. I know because I also got stuck on this part. :P
