if there are like these little star things that come around it, then its a shiny(which is good).
if its just glowing normally, then thats just its little animation thing so no need to wrry.

yeh that glow happens with quite a few pokemon.

Shining is a good thing for pokemon in fact try to get other pokemon to shine.

is it purple? if Swampert is blue, it's normal

if your Swampert glows while it is blue,and at the same time it shakes around,it means that your Swampert is not Shiny but its just the design,also,SS5 vageto,my Swampert and Blaziken do the glowing red and blue while shaking but my Skeptile only shakes,why is that???
