Yeh thats true, however, there are beggers that get right up in your face like circling you there so annoying so you can just grab them and throw them. Sure you may get the occasional guard atking youbut its not a big deal. Also drunk guys in like tattered rags push you and if you push em back and knock em over you dont get in trouble from the guards.

I think it's because you can kill anyone in the game(i think you can) and they don't want kids to be killed so that might be why

Yeah it'd be really wrong like murduring little kids. I think that if they put that in there could of been a chance that the game could of got banned.
