Buy an Action Replay (if you don't already have one). If you do, then you're in luck. Enter the code -- 4a99a22b - 58284d2d. That will take you to Birth Island. When you are there, go up to the triangle rock and click A, and it will slide around. You have to click it at a certain position each time, its pretty hard and annoying but you'll eventually get it.

tested and confirmed~ nice subs guys...
back on the original topic; deoxys hates you where ever you catch it (let's face it; it's a virus, it lives to leech and destroy) even legit deoxys doesn't obey you if you catch it from the island (well mine did, but the wild one i caught with encounter codes doesn't) after a while tho (spamming drugs) it started obeying me, and it started liking me too ^^ ... this isn't confirmed yet since pokemon which dislike you stil obey orders, yet you can get disobedient pokes to obey as they grow fond of you... so the simple conclusion was that it duzn't listen if it was fresh from the wild and duzn't like ya (could be wrong, but fits well) the deoxys from the island stil obeys me after it detests me (confirmed with the huge power of frustration) and the wild one obeys me too... so yeah, help me clear that up if u can pplz =S
