ok. i cant rember them too well. but i thinks he obviosuly gets Brom's sword from under the menoa tree. and it willl be blue liek broms dragon. and then i cant rembmer the other prophecy..

Both books were great but the movie was terrible. It started off pretty good, but then it all just seemed like a complete rush. Not to mention only about a quarter of the book was in the movie and half of what was actually in it they got wrong.

I fuguried it is like Harry Potter they had to leave alot of because the books are so long.

Yea but the problem is nobody wants to see a 4hr movie and the book is pretty good so far.

No. They could easily have the movie the same length as it was, yet have it actually have something to do with the original story. Not that hard. Me and my friends spent the entire movie pointing out where they messed up, how badly they messed up, and how much easier it would be to fix it and make it look better. Also: Prophecy: Eragon is most likely not Morzan's son, rather Brom's. Either the first Eragon's sword, or Brom's will be found under the Menoa tree. Murtugh and Thorn are possessed by the beings that inhabit the vault of souls, which is how they match Eragon and Saphira in power. Galbatorix manages to grow in strength due to the reason outlined below. End of speculations.

I have read both books and saw the movie. Books were amazing. Can't wait for the third.

yeah lots of movies do that but they probably did that to make the movie a little shorter but the eragon movie skipped too much

I though tthey should remake the movie abotu the only thing they got righ tas the look of Brom and the look of the urgals

The Eldest movie will be longer, and therefore there will be more opportunities to mess up, which our film maker friends, I'm sure, will readily jump at. They managed to mess up something incredibly simple: A cloaked figure with a bird's head... They turned it into a roach assassin under the command of Durza. Can you imagine what they could do to the Elven twins? Maybe they'll be made of roaches too. And the Lethrblaka? Not too hard. A giant bird without feathers... Let's give it roaches for feathers! These people will find a way to botch Eldest, and the remaining two... Don't you worry.
