Try looking in the pinned topics next time.
Anyway you need to be a member for a month, have 30 posts in the forum you wish to moderate, there needs to be an Apply To Be A Moderator link there and you need to follow the rules.

Cheatos, don't post here just to say that, also it's up to Tropius or the mods of S&P when this should be closed, what you just did was showing how to be a bad mod, so don't do it, or back seat mod either.
