I did a cheat and i dont know what isalnd is it i forgot and theres a strange triangle rock in the center and if i click it , it moves does anyone know how to work the rock??

wait I have it! move the triangle around until it turns red, this has to be done quickly or else it will restart, dont walk into it and always touch the side closest to you. When it turns red the island starts shaking and deoxys appear. Its apperance and stats depend on the version.
