How do i Get the "Mountain Cottage" in the game?

I believe you buy it. Not sure what other mountain cottage you are thinking of if I am wrong.

Well....i found out how to get it....40 LONG YEARS, then my wife will get it for me....who can play Harvest Moon for that long???
