This is probably going to sound like a really far fetched story to you Rich but here it goes. You took my Mod. postion away from me approxamatly a month ago. I'm writing this topic to try to tell you that it wasn't my fault (my inactivity). You see, my father found out about a bad grade from school and tool my computer away for a month and a half. The day after he gave it back we started packing for the vacation we were taking for winter recess and there was barely anytime left for myself. A couple days after we arrived in the Bahamas (there was no internet in our Villa) I asked my Dad please drive me to an Internet cafe' so I could check my E-Mail and of course: go on Supercheats. When I went on Supercheats I noticed my mod postion had been deleted. So I checked my E-mail and sure enough: I had lost my position. When I got back to my house in America a few minutes ago the first thing I did was get on here and explain so hereI am...Rich, please look at this post and take it to heart. I'm not lying! Sorry to sound mean, but I don't think your dad woulds just walk up to you and take your PC. You should have notified the Staff. Anyway, you can always reapply.

Hey give the kid a break. Most schools like mine block sites like supercheats. Also, I've seen kids get their computers taken away for stuff like that! And then most of the time their parenats limit their time on the computer.

Also, yes, most schools do block Supercheats for obvious reasons. Mine does, now that I think about it, but honestly it doesn't bother me.

It doesn't bother me either but still they might want to have a good reason before demoting them. I haven't even had enough post to apply to mod a forum yet

Yeah, give him a break. Rich should understand. If not, reapplying is the best thing to do. Also, if you use a proxy, it doesn't matter if the school blocks SC or not.

Some proxies do not work though.
And most teachers get mad if your on most sites.

On our school system it doesn't matter. we have specific logons with recorded password with which if you do anything suspicous they can track you through. anywhere you go anything you do.

Most of the time I have on the school computers is for schoolwork only...I once tried to get on SC form there once and almost got double detention...But thanks I'll try the link...can we keep this open a little longer so that Rich may see it?

You need to have 30 posts so you don't apply knowing absolutely nothing about what your doing, and just want the title. If you care about the forum, you'd have 30 posts.

Rich understands things like this. People can't always give the staff a headsup on inactivity.
Example: I currently have no internet cause my mom forgot to pay. Luckily, I am able to use her laptop.If I didn't have the laptop, then I would have no way to contact SC. Except....my cell phone has IM so I can tell Tank or TL, or someone to tell the staff.XD
