There is a Protector on Route 228. You just have to find it, cause I can't remember exactly where I found it.
Oh, and PhilXZ, there is no need to be rude. He was just saying that to show that he found that, but couldn't find a Protector.

same, they can only be found by catching a magby holing it or an elekid holding it (i have forgot what they are called XD) but if you happen to find one somewhere on the map, i would like to know where because ive been looking for one

The Magmarizer is found on wild Magby, 5% chance in Diamond, 50% chance in Pearl. Only in the wild if LeafGreen is in the GBA slot.
The Electrizer is found on wild Elekid, 50% chance in Diamond 5% chance in Pearl. Only in the wild if FireRed is in the GBA slot.
