scepy - haha spore? well that's awsome... the onli improvements that you could make while stil maintaining the same concept/idea/playstyile is perhaps mega drain --> giga drain... , and maybe you could change dragon claw into something that helps sceptile overcome grass resistent things... shouldn't be too hard considering u've got spore somehow ^^"
salad - hmmm mixed sweeper huh... i... well i truly believe sala should have dragon dance... unless ofcuz you're confident someone else from yer party could pass sala some stats... otherwise dragon dance + physical attacks will net you valuable bouts or even the whole battle if yer opponent loses their cool ^^"
latias - you know what would be really evil? using calm mind and recover at the same time XD that's defenateli evil... oh by that i mean, it'd be a good thing to do ^^" esp becoz lati has soul dew... (but even without calm mind, lati pwns, no?)
drago - heck yes it could, same story as salad... this poor fellow's too slow so even dd just to boost speed is nice to have =D
zard - hmmm... but you have so many mixed sweepers already... do you think you could perhaps get sunny day on zard and make BB the ultimate OHKO XD this thing is strong, too bad u gota recharge =( ... or you could get heatwave back !!! that's an awsome move! that way u could replace both thrower and BB for a 3rd move XDD
pika - awsome~ you could use t.wave as well, but if yer gona be faster n e wai dun bother lol ^^" it's a shame pika can't learn other elemental moves... you could get secret/hidden power just to see if u can hack a special move ^^ (if you do, congrats) i really don't know what else an agil volt pika could use... telling you to breed for charge would be a pain...

agh this may not be as good as my normal rates, so if it sucks(for me), sorry bout that mate:
Scpetile- Sorry man, but sceptile does not learn spore :-\. Mega Drain must be the SINGLE most useless move for this guy in the game cept maybe tackle, if he learns that. Leafblade is one of the best moves in the game, so that stays. If this is a netbattle team, use HP: Ice instead of dragonclaw. otherwise keep DC. Use this set: substitute, dragonclaw/thunderpunch, leechseed, leafblade. Leechseed makes blissey cry in the battle fronteir and while its seeded, your subs cost NO HP at all. leafblade for powerful stab and good CH ratio. t-punch/DC for gyara/mence/other ****.
Mence- actually not bad except for dragon claw... AA for stab, rockslide for whatever. replace DC with EQ... and let it hold a choiceband. it will kill things very fast. very very very fast.
Latias- calm mind+latias@souldew= best and most deadly combo in game. screw DC and use CM... it will help you. a lot. or you could go for twinstab... psychic, cm, dragonclaw, icebeam... OR... CM, psychic, t-bolt, IB... damages every pokemon in the game at least with nuetral damage cept for magneton, but psychic will kill it in two hits to wee.
dragonite- DOES learn dragondance, so teach it to him. don't bother giving dragonite DC, or icebeam... or outrage... or slam... give him this set: (makes use of incredible attack power)... DragonDance, earthquake, aerial ace, rockslide... it will kill lots of things also.
Charizard- Having two damaging attacks of the same type is repetetive and stupid. Make use of everything that charizard can do. He learns Sunny Day. His ability is Blaze. He is a fire type with a pretty good SPA strength. d00d, this is the best special set for him:
Dragon Claw, Substitute, SunnyDay, HeatWave. (hold petaya berry). Use Sunnyday, then use subtitute(you should be in red health now). now sweep with heatwave. 100 power... 1.5x from blaze, 1.5x from STAB, 1.5x from sunnyday... 337.5 attack power. for a freaking 5 turns. you will leave a bigass dent in anything you come across.
Pikachu- thank god, you're one of the smart people out there who uses lightball pikachu instead of normal raichu. don't use volt tackle though. your attack will do so much damage do your opponent that you may end up killin off like half your hp if you ko something with one shot. try this... surf, thunder, raindance, substitute... raindance, then sweep away.
ingame not bad... but competetive needs lotsa work. if you don't need anymore then ill lock this topic...

You may wonder about Blast Burn on Special Charizard. In that case, it should only be used if you know your opponent's next move will kill you. STAB+Petaya+Blaze+150 power=one hell of a lot of damage.

I have actually built teams like that on my gane pak. took a TON of playthroughs of FR to get all those Substitute tutors. I wish that were one you could buy in Emerald.

Damage you take from Ice attacks is nutrual thanks to it's part Fire type part. Yeah, it should take care of any Ice Pokemon that is not part Water.

Very tru...water attacks against are not particularly nice...but I have a pretty high spec def and water attacks dont do all that much more than normal attacks...well at least to him...
