three ways to get him:
1. Get the old sea chart and go to faraway island.

simply use ar. use the teleportation code for faraway island and i strongly suggest to use the infinite master balls cheat too.turn off the action replay when you get there and walk in the forest and battle mew when you stand next to him and press a.
