ive been trying to get gatomon and every1 is telling me i need to go to highlight heaven how do i unlock it?

It is unlocked through quests. I don't remember which species right off hand, but I am pretty sure one of the 2 quests is for a digimon of the holy species. I am also pretty sure that you can take the quests after beating ExoGrimmon.
