Hey Rich, I've noticed that everytime I refresh the page via the refresh button on my browser, it's posts my post again. Is there anything that can be done?

Just don't refresh after 30 seconds of your original post. 
General, if you're not using it, could I have the army for a few days?

every time u refresh a page it resends infomation.............
when info is resent........it resends your post as it is out going info.......
if u caught a word of that please say or i will edit it so it is simpler!
