A couple years back when I was like 15 or so, when ever there were any sudden temperature/weather changes & what not, I'd get these insaine headaches too . . . which unfortunatly, I still get, could be a sinus-related issue or something :]
I have read about this somewhere before and I think it has something to do with the change in pressure in the air. However, I would consult a professional doctor just in case because I can't really remember and I left the book in my other house.
Err, well, I dont know what to post, But did you do any sports activity under the sun between 1100-1500 ET, and the weather suddenly changes without warning?
If yes, that sums it up.

This has been happening to me to, doesn't hurt so badly, but it's in my right eye. I've noticed it happens when the weather goes from freezing cold, to cold but really sunny at the same time >_>
