Neither. Eevee evolves into Espeon/Umbreon with happiness.

Eevee cannot evolve off a Moon Stone or a Sun Stone.

first of all plz dont spam, second you can make him evolve into happiness but i think it has something to do with the day so trade it to ruby or sapphire to evolve it

I've tested it. It doesn't work. Everyone here is positively certain, furthermore, and none of the Pokemon guide books say anything about Eevee evolving off of a Moon Stone or a Sub Stone, and even if it would evolve by such means I'm almost certain the game won't be screwed, okay? Okay.

the only way to get espeon/umbreon is to trade it to ruby/sapphiare than it has to like you very much depending at night/day/noon also eevee evolves with fire/water/thunderstones

Pretty much as pikaman123 said Espeon only evolves with happiness during the daytime and Umbreon only evolves with happiness during the nighttime. So you will have to trade them over to Ruby or Sapphire to do this, if you need to know how happy your Eevees are then go to Mossdeep and get them checked out by the woman/man in one of the houses there. or is that the guy who tells you what pokeblokes they like?
