i really wanted all of the eevee evolutions so i got 5 eggs of them not including jolteon. so my eggs got mixed up so when i thaught that i had an eevee egg i didn't. so when the eggs hatched i got squirtle,tyrouge,and smoochum. so now i'm happy!!! this is kinda off the subject but tell me if you have done better than this.

Try using an Action Replay for Celebi. You may need to be on a specific route for the code to work, however, and any legendaries obtained via a cheat cartridge may not obey you. I got my Celebi ina trade with my siter's 45-year old boyfriend who got it in a trade.
Mew- you can get this in Emerald Version with a special ticket.
Jirachi- use the Bonus Disk of Pokemon Collosseum to get this by connecting your GameBoy to the GameCube. You could also have attended the special international meeting of Nintendo Across America to get it as well, but it's over.

I think you have to use a fast level up code or a fast egg hatching code to hatch the unhatchable. Some Bad Eggs are like that.
