POINT BEING:
"Who here is afraid of [insert]?"
Is not the same as
"Do you have an irrational fear of the [insert] and experiences unintended erratic, unexplainable behavior whenever you're around them?"
If you can make sense of why you would/wouldn't like a particular event/thing/person, it isn't a phobia, it's called a rationality, and 9/10 has something to do with your own personal, subjective experiences and cultural upbringing.
Now, going back to the original question: am I [insert]phobic? No. I've been clinically diagnosed to be of sound mental health; I have no irrational fears.
Lastly: someone needs to grow up and stop crying at every single thread that touches on a slightly touchy subject (pun intended); welcome to the internet, if I don't tell you to shut up, expect not being able to do anything to shut others up.
