I've only just got the game yestarday and completed only the first mission. I went down the road and found this roller coaster thing but I can't find the cart for it. Do I have to complete a specific mission in order to unlock the cart so I could ride the coaster?

Just get a vehicle with high ground clearance, (Patriot all the way), and drive up to the side nearest the road, and there's no rails, just drive up and have a fun roller coaster ride.

Well when I took Michelle there she said that it was closed this time of the year and we went bowling instead.
I don't want to ruin it by saying who Michelle is but when you get there you will no what i am talking about and who ever got this far in the game can then back me up on what she said.

No, bikes won't work, unless you have very good balance, and good steering prowess, there's a hole in the middle of it. D=
