is it possible that Pikachu/Raichu can learn Surf..?!.. if so, how..?! does it has to be with its nature..?! or what..?!..

The only way I have ever known to get a surfing Raichu was in Pokemon Stadium. But in the new games you can't breed one to have surf, so I guess the only way you can get one is to use a cheat code. But, I don't know the code. Hope I was some help to you.

I have been to a Japanese site about E3...a second set of Kanto games are coming out for GBA.They are coming out after Diamond and Pearl.They are Pokemon HydroBlue and ThunderYellow.These games will have tons of new features like three game file spaces,Johto Entry,Battle Expo,and Yellow Version features.That's all I know,but ThunderYellow at least should have Surfing Pikachu,and Flying Pikachu because it did in the old game.

i doubt the hydroblue thing and thunder yellow. first of all, it would be electric yellow, and ocean/sea/aqua blue. not hydro. hydro is a latin(i believe) prefix for water, nintendo wouldn't do that.
yes you can get a surfing pikachu in this game... long process though.
1. Get pokemon box, and ruby/sapphire
2. Fill your boxes with 999 total pokemon(one less than maximum)
3. The last position will be filled with a pichu that know surf.
4. You transfer it to your fr/lg/e/r/s and evolve it to a pikachu.

i got 7 surfing pikachu it sucks cause it doesnt look like pikach is surfing it still looks like ur siting on a wilmer while u surf by tomorro il have a flying pikachu code to so il see if flying looks any diffrent

bleep are you just doubting the game title in general, or the game itself?
the title don't mean much... they can change the title in the end anyway since it hasn't been officiali adopted as their official game title or even been announced...
... but it's tru; lightning yellow and hydro blue don't translate very well... i can't think of good sounding names with similar meanings (putting lightning and the word yellow together; or electric for that matter) in japanese... 'fire-red' and 'leaf-green' are actuali proper colors so that made alot of sense in jap... water-blue might make sense ... thunder yellow... electric yellow... lightning yellow ... -_-" nothing in enlish sounds good -_-"
and DAYM: more kanto games? stuff that; they need the new gen of yellow; not another pair of games (unless they're making new gen GS)
