who is stronger??

I've got most me team set up I'm just confused on who ishould put in the final spot. Alakazam or tyranitar?? I've already got the kadabra I just need the link and I'm currently searching for an adamant natured larvitar by breeding and in the grass. No luck yet, but I want to have a plan one what pokemon I will be holding. Alakazams got high special attack but weak defense and tyranitar loses on speed and has more weaknesses than a alakazam. Can anyone help??

the truth is that both pokemon are strong but u need to know what u need like a pokemon with high defense etc. its ur choice if u can have the two on the party is better.
