Threads can't be added. Only teams. If you are talking about the specific threads IN the teams, then it is in the "Manage Forums and Add Threads" part in the Chiefs Control line up.

Do you mean create a new team? Or have it on the first page? Clarify your question a bit more.

Teams are not like topics, you cannot just make a new team. Each team is like a small forum with threads inside of it. You should see a link somewhere to start your own team. Click that, and make the name, the topics inside, and everything else. Post in it to increase activity.
