last abandoned airstrip mission?

i read that you steal a fighter jet on one of the abandoned airstrip but i did the green goo mission where you have to steal the green goo off the train and when i completed that mission it said property aquired and there werent any missions where i stole a navy jet. is something wrong with the game or have i not gotten to that misson yet?
is the "green goo" mission before the mission where you steal the fighter jet?

The mission where you steal the jet is called Verticle Bird once you complete that mission the Jet will then spawn at the abondoned airstrip. arfta u do the helicopter mission where u have 2 pick up that van and it spawns at the airstrip can u stil pick up cars

Well it says in the guide that once you complete it the helicopter does spawn at the airstrip and it says you can pick up cars but when I get in the helicopter there is no magnet on the bottom to pick up cars so I don't know....

I just falld the mission and so then you can kepp the magnet but if you store it the magnet dissapers
