Too many colours, and the circles have to go. I like it, though. It looks low quality, or oversharpened, or something.

yes way to many colors the urahara is way oversharpened
i like the idea alot
remove the bubblish circles
when using so many colors do your best to make the change gradual not sudden

nooo, they are wrong, IMO, you can't have TOO many colors, but the color you have can be misplaced next to the wrong colors. Useufally having a certain shade next to a shade darker or lighter to it always works. The right sides needs more purple. The bigger object on the right coming from him needs to have the purple on it, toned down much more.
THe 6 orange circle symbol is good, attempt to add text to it on the bottom of it, but that is optional.
It is quite good, tone down some of the bad mixtures and it will be a lot better.

Add awesome lighten, lose out on some of the colours or make them more suited to each other and remove the circles, and then... you have an awesome tag. Right now its "almost-awesome" :D
