Defeat the Unowns for that letter and pick up the stones.Then go to the insciption and close your eyes

You have to collect Unown Stone w/ the same letter as in the inscription. You will need 1 I, 3 E's, 2 C's, 1 S, 1 T, 1 L, 1 R, 1 O, 1 K Stone for ICE, ROCK, STEEL.
